You've got a birthday shout hooray!
Cade turned the big 2 on Sunday. Eli had a hard time sleeping the night before he was so excited to see what was in Cade's packages.

Cade is our little "ball boy" and loves balls of all shapes and sizes.
Now Eli won't have to share his spiderman towel with Cade anymore. (Although surprisingly, he often gave up the coveted towel to keep his brother happy)

A sad goodbye
Gingerbread House
The Zoo
The day after Christmas, amidst the snow and slush, we bundled up in multi layers and made a trip to the zoo with Nic and Hyrum family (Thanks for the tickets). Not a lot of animals were out braving the cold, but enough to keep us entertained.

Throwing snowballs is always a fun part of the whole snowfall experience. My man is so strong. Wait a minute, is he throwing that at my son??

Peanuts!!
A very generous Grandpa and Grandma Farmer sent a HUGE box of Christmas stuff. Little did they suspect that half the fun would come from all the packing peanuts inside.
Yes! this whole box of packing peanuts ended up on the floor. The box broke creating a nice slide effect into soft clingy peanuts. At one point Eli and Cade came running to me excited about their "costume" which was made by rolling around in the styrofoam creating a nice static cling that allowed bits and pieces of little peanuts to stick all over their bodies. Good Times! I only wish I would have gotten a picture of the room after that. WOW! While cleaning I just kept reminding myself of how much fun that was for them.
